What can I say Alan Gregory was brilliant Friday and how pleased he was when we all got up to do Playboy cowboy! He also had a laugh when the Bunny came out and did tempted!
Keep up the good work!

Hi Mel
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for getting me through the BWDA teacher training course. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and was chuffed to bits to get my certificate to say that I had actually passed. Thanks for your patience and brilliant teaching. Hope to see you and Lisa really soon.

Hi everyone
It's lovely to see everyone back and dancing.
Please be aware that the article written by Alan from The Embankment Club is referring to a club that is run there and not the Embankment club itself!!!!
Also, there has been some talk about The Railway closing, this is NOT the case and certainly not in the forseeabture.
Happy dancing

Hi Everyone
Happy New Year to you all. I would just like to say what a good year we have had and so much more to look forward to this year. We could not have done any of it without the help and support from Dennis, Lisa, Gill, Michael & Linda and all of the people in the background making things run smoothly. Our biggest thanks goes to you guys who support us in everything we do. So thank you all and we hope to see you all soon

Another year nearly over, and Janet and myself would like to wish all our friends at Silverstetsons the best for Christmas and the new year. A special thank you as always to Mel and Terry for their friendship and support again this year.
It has been a very successful year for Silverstetsons with two fantastic weekends, the introduction of all day sunday events, occasional Thursday socials for beginners, and not to mention Lisa and Pete gaining their full qualifications.
Who knows what next year will bring, but what we can count on is your continued support at all the classes, and Mel and Terry's dedication to bringing you the best in linedancing.
Thank you all again for your friendship

I do have to agree with Mel that any speculation as to why I have decided not to teach for Silverstetsons, should not deter anyone from participating and enjoying the Thursday class. I will continue to support Mel in all she does, as she does to me, and I will continue to support Silverstetsons on Thursdays as a student rather than an instructor. I am sure that the enjoyment I get from the Thursday class will not diminish with the reversal of roles. It is not an easy job that Mel and Lisa do on Thursdays and they deserve our support, so lets look forward rather than backward and continue to make Silverstetsons the club we know and love.

I am sorry that Dennis is no longer teaching for us but it was by mutual agreement. I am aware of the rumours and gossip that is going about as to why but as usual it is not the full story. If anyone is dissatisfied with the Thursday class or has any questions please speak to me. I would prfer that what has happened is laid to rest, as I do not want to have to involve everyone, I considered it to be a matter between myself and Dennis and feel that is the way it should have been left. Please allow this all to die down as it is affecting the class as a whole and the enjoment of our dancing.

Another Great "Dance Your Socks Off" Day! All the acts were excellent and I am feeling very fragile today through the amount of dancing done! Nothing to do with the brandy consumed!
Well done to Mel, Terry, Dave and Ed!

Thursdays are getting much better -nice to see the dances being mixed up through the evening. Dennis did really well last Thursday being on stage all night, and I almost won the quiz - must be remembering something of the dances if only the names.
